At HealthyStride Footwear, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we make exchanges and returns simple and hassle-free.
Return Period
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your shoes.
Return Conditions

Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.

Please keep the original packaging intact.

Any tags or labels should remain attached.
How to Return

You’ll receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your shoes back.

Ship the shoes using a tracked shipping method to ensure they arrive safely. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned shoes, we’ll process your exchange promptly.

We’ll ship your new pair as soon as possible so you can enjoy them without delay. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns and exchanges.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
